01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Cindototo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at cindototo.cam and all associated betting, gaming, and ancillary services offered therein.

Cindototo operates as an international online sports betting and live casino platform serving users including those based in Malaysia. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Cindototo platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on Cindototo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Cindototo strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the platform.
2. You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use. Registration on behalf of another person, or use of a nominee, is strictly prohibited.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Cindototo, or any of its affiliated partners, payment processors, or software providers.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Cindototo platform or been subject to a permanent account closure for violations of these Terms.
5. You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept full responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Cindototo platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances attributable to bonus misuse.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify us promptly of any changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

All users must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include:

4.3 Account Security

Cindototo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are not permitted. Minimum deposit is RM30. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own registered name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the corresponding funds become withdrawable.
• Cindototo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been flagged.

Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers 15–60 minutes. These are estimated ranges and not guaranteed processing times.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on Cindototo are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cindototo does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the Cindototo platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant market sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Cindototo reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, evidence of match-fixing or manipulation, system errors, or where a bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
• In the event of a disputed settlement, the decision of Cindototo's trading team is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in Section 16.
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to the minimum odds requirements stated within the Mix Parlay market rules. Legs falling below the minimum odds threshold will be treated as void and removed from the parlay, which may affect the overall payout calculation.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the discretion of the trading platform and may be suspended at any time without notice.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Cindototo offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered users. All bonuses are governed by these general terms in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are available only to users who have successfully registered an account and, where applicable, completed KYC verification.
• Each eligible user may claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, though this may vary by promotion. Specific requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds contribute to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified. Bets placed using bonus funds may be restricted to certain markets or game types.
• Cindototo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses within the defined promotional period and credited to your account as bonus funds subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 1x unless stated otherwise.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Cindototo platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual (whether in the same name or under aliases).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in bad faith.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform without prior written consent from Cindototo.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or corruption in relation to events offered on the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies in a manner designed to exploit platform promotions or guarantee profit without genuine risk.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Cindototo platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Cindototo", logos, graphics, interface design, software, and text — is the intellectual property of Cindototo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from Cindototo.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cindototo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, or events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and acts of government).
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you on the basis of information obtained from the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or results data.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
